Is the artwork made by AI?

No. Every portrait is hand-crafted by one of our artists. We believe a portrait of a family member should be made by a person.

What happens after I order?

After you place your order, our artist reviews your pet photos and begins creating your custom artwork. You’ll receive an artwork proof by email within 1–3 business days.

You can review the design and request revisions until you’re happy with it. Nothing moves into production until you approve the artwork.

Once approved, we print your design on your chosen product, carefully check the finished piece, and ship it to you with tracking.

Most orders arrive within approximately 12–15 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the number of revisions, production time, and shipping destination.

Can I change my photo after ordering?

Yes, as long as the artist hasn't started. Email us as soon as possible at support@animaliapaws.com with your order number.

I want to order, but I don't have a photo. What are my options?

No photo? No problem! You can still create a meaningful piece with us. We offer stunning non-photo options, including custom name embroidery such as: https://animaliapaws.com/products/personalized-pet-memorial-sweatshirt

Simply choose your favorite style, type in your text, and we will handle the rest.

Whether my photo is good enough?

Send your best and we'll take a look. If we need a clearer shot we'll simply ask, and you'll always see a proof before sent to production, so there are no surprises.

Do you create custom products for more than cats and dogs?

Of course, we do! For any pet or animal, such as rabbit, horse, python... We will create a modern custom product featuring their lovely face.

Can I order if my pet has passed away?

Yes, and it's one of the most meaningful things we make. Many customers order to keep a beloved pet close. We'll treat your photo and your portrait with all the care it deserves.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is made just for you, personalized items aren't returnable for a change of mind. But our Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered: if the portrait isn't right, we'll remake it free.
