Shipping Information

Please allow 24 business hours for us to process your order. Within 2 ~ 7 business days you will receive an email to approve your artwork proof. We will sent to production and ship your order to you via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL shipping. You will receive an email with tracking once shipped. 

Shipping time (after production):

• United States: 5 ~ 10 business days

• Canada, UK, EU: 10 ~ 15 business days

• Rest of world: 21 ~ 30 business days

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Ordering for a specific date? (a birthday, an anniversary, a memorial day) — order at least 3 weeks ahead, and mention the date in your order notes. We'll do our best to prioritize it.

Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to local import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
