Within 1–3 business days, you will receive an email with your personalized artwork proof for approval. Once your artwork is approved, your order will be sent to production with one of our trusted production partners.

Production Time

Once your artwork is approved, your personalized product will be sent to one of our trusted production partners for production and fulfillment.

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 5 – 8 business days after artwork approval.

Production times may occasionally be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

After production is completed, your order will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or another available shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times below apply after production is completed:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 10–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 21–30 business days

For U.S. orders, the final estimated delivery timeframe may also be displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• United States: FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required
• International: $14.99 standard shipping

Any available expedited shipping options and their applicable fees will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Ordering for a Specific Date?

If you are ordering for a birthday, anniversary, memorial date, holiday, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance.

You may also include your preferred delivery date in your order notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. AnimaliaPaws does not control or collect these fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, damaged during shipping, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because every AnimaliaPaws product is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy differs from that of standard non-personalized products.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Once a personalized item has been produced, it cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the customization details submitted with your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and, when eligible, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You generally do not need to return a damaged or incorrectly produced personalized product unless our support team specifically asks you to do so.

2. Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it.

Because personalized orders may enter production shortly after they are received, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification requests submitted after this period.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to a change of mind.

If you notice an error in your order details, such as the name, text, image, shipping address, size, color, or product selection, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Cancellation requests that are successfully approved before production begins will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We want your personalized product to arrive exactly as expected.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective due to a manufacturing or printing issue

• With the wrong product, size, color, or design

• With personalization that does not match the information provided in your order

• Materially different from the product you ordered

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a free replacement or a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that minor differences in color, positioning, or appearance may occur due to differences between digital screens and physical printing. These minor variations are not normally considered defects unless they significantly affect the final product.

We are not responsible for personalization errors resulting from incorrect information, text, images, sizes, colors, shipping addresses, or other details submitted by the customer.

4. Replacements

If your order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or otherwise eligible under this policy, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Approved replacement orders will be produced using the same customization information as the original order unless otherwise agreed with our support team.

You will not be charged additional product or standard shipping fees for an approved replacement.

In most cases, you will not need to return the original item.

If a replacement is not possible, unavailable, or not appropriate for the issue, we may instead issue a full or partial refund.

A replacement cannot normally be provided when the issue results from:

• Incorrect information submitted by the customer

• Low-quality or unsuitable images uploaded by the customer

• Selecting the wrong size, color, product, or variant

• A change of mind after production has started

• Normal minor differences between screen previews and physical printing

5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

• An eligible cancellation request is approved before production begins

• An item arrives damaged or defective

• We produce an incorrect product or customization

• A replacement cannot reasonably be provided

• We otherwise determine that a refund is the appropriate resolution

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once a refund has been approved, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, or other shipping-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is caused by an error on our part or the order qualifies for a full refund under this policy.

We do not provide refunds for personalized products solely because of:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size or product selection by the customer

• Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

• Minor color or appearance differences caused by screen or printing variations

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number and relevant photos so we can review your case.

We want you to open the box and feel it was worth every penny.

Free preview & revisions. Every custom order includes an artwork preview by email and [X] rounds of free revisions before printing. Tell us what to adjust — we'll keep refining until it feels right.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@animaliapaws.com and we'll send a free replacement - no need to return anything.

Custom items & returns. Because each portrait is made specifically for your pet, we can't accept returns for reasons of preference after you've approved the artwork. That's exactly why we put so much weight on the preview step - please take your time with it.
